Size Effects in the Surface Properties of Electroplated Alloys between Iron Group Metals and Tungsten

چکیده
Factors leading to size-dependent surface properties of electroplated coatings obtained by induced codeposition iron group metals and tungsten are investigated. The size effect in microhardness described earlier studies the corrosion resistance revealed this work shown stem from a common origin, which is formation oxides. Removing oxides abrasive processing leads higher rate cancels microhardness. contributing oxide layers during considered alloys studied.
